The technician was very good and courteous. The service was quick and timely. However, we were charged $213 for a diagnostic fee ($89) and a labor fee to change the capacitor ($124). The visit took less than 30 minutes and the unit is under warranty, which supposedly means the capacitor would be free of charge. We feel that $213 is excessive. The diagnostic fee should be folded into the labor fee given the service was performed at the same time. Service: A/C system repair

We called on 10/13 for a technician and they did not respond back. The next day 10/14 we called again and yes they did NOT respond again. We have one more service visit scheduled for December. After that visit we will not renew our service contract. We were forced to give them a 1star rating, because you cannot give a NO star rating. We have had their service for a few years but it seems to have taken a wrong turn this past year. In response to your reply, my wife called Louise sharp at 1752 Edgewood dr. Myrtle beach.
