Dean Custom Air

It's hard for me to give Dean Air even 1 star. We had a whole new unit installed with dual controls and have had problems from day 1. Soon after installation the unit was leaking through the ceiling. The ceiling and insulation had to be replaced. We thought Dean Air fixed the problem, but after noticing the ceiling leaking again, we called another company. This is what was shown to us. The support for the air handler was not built properly because the duct work is pushing down on the unit causing water to head in the opposite direction of the drain. Because the air handler is tilting from the weight, water is now draining to the lowest point. there is no pan there which is causing water to leak AGAIN through the ceiling. This was not only faulty installation, but poor business practice. As many times someone came out to fix something on the unit, why did we have to call another company to correct Dean Air's poor workmanship. I received a call from Kellsy saying they were on their way to my house. Arrived on time and did a great job checking not only the air conditioning but ran the furnace to make sure everything was working properly. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system maintenance

He arrived exactly as scheduled, was polite and friendly, and performed the routine maintenance on the HVAC systems. It is good to know as we head into another winter season, that our HVAC is in good order. Services: A/C system maintenance, Heating system maintenance
