Incredibly professional and responsive. Proposal price was very reasonable considering they take a "no shortcuts" approach. The scope of work was well explained up front. Timing was just as promised. Supervisory oversight was exceptional... we were called every evening about the progress. The crew doing the work was great... incredibly hard working guys!! My husband and I are very happy with the work that was done by Spann Roofing. From the beginning of the process to the end, someone was always in touch with us to let us know what was going on. If something needed to be repaired they would speak with us to confirm that we wanted it repaired before the roof was put down. We worked with Dave Brodowski and Luis.
