Chris came to my place of business and did a great job. When I called Will on Monday, he said he could send an electrician Tuesday morning, and I was almost shocked since Mister Sparky 1) wanted 90 just to come out, even though I told them exactly what the issue was and the parts needed, and 2) wasn't available for two weeks. They both were polite, prompt, and very personable. Chris didn't even attempt to add on anything other than what I needed done, and what could be done with the residing issues that I had. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STEPHENSON ELECTRIC TO ANYONE IN NEED! They will be the first company I call if I have any electrical issues in the future.

Awesome honest company to do business with. We have a medical business and were in the process of moving our office when Stephenson electric came to the rescue. Although initial customer service and responsiveness was good, actual execution and follow-up was extremely disappointing. I scheduled a generator install and was told a technician would arrive on a Friday between 10-12. I stayed home that day and waited. Around 1, I called and was told a technician couldn’t come out but that they would the following Friday. That Friday, today, came around. At 11:40, I had not heard from anyone. I called to check a technician would come and it seemed I was not even on the schedule. I was told I would get a call back with an answer and did not. I have now taken two Fridays off work to be present for this install and absolutely wasted my time. I have not even received proper follow up. My intent was to get this installed before I deployed to take care of my family and now I am not able. I am extremely disappointed. Service: Installation
