STEPHENSON ELECTRIC LLC & Solar/Generator Energy

There aren't too many honest people out there, but Stephenson has that in Will, who was the tech that came to replace my entire air conditioning unit. I received several quotes and no one touched theirs. I save a couple thousand dollars having them install the new system vs one of the bigger name companies. I also had an issue recently with all of the humidity and although it wasn't a maintenance issue, Will came out the next day and took care of it. I would recommend again and again! 5 stars!!!

Installed electric for new hot tub. Crew was prompt, work completed on time and at quoted price. Work area was clean of debris at completion of job. Would use these folks again. Would highly recommend Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation

Although initial customer service and responsiveness was good, actual execution and follow-up was extremely disappointing. I scheduled a generator install and was told a technician would arrive on a Friday between 10-12. I stayed home that day and waited. Around 1, I called and was told a technician couldn’t come out but that they would the following Friday. That Friday, today, came around. At 11:40, I had not heard from anyone. I called to check a technician would come and it seemed I was not even on the schedule. I was told I would get a call back with an answer and did not. I have now taken two Fridays off work to be present for this install and absolutely wasted my time. I have not even received proper follow up. My intent was to get this installed before I deployed to take care of my family and now I am not able. I am extremely disappointed. Service: Installation
