Spring Valley Air Conditioning

We live in a new build, our house/unit less than 2 years old, and we recently started hearing a whistling noise coming from attic unit. We also noticed the downstairs AC wasn’t really working anymore. I called and they send out a tech. The tech admitted that it was due to a faulty install and the blower motor needed reattached. We were charged $89 because they said we’ve been here longer than a year. So I guess if you want something that is only guaranteed a year even though it’s supposed to be 10 and also want to pay someone to come fix an issue they messed up at install then use Spring Valley otherwise I wouldn’t recommend them.

Our unit is less than 2 years old, and we have had nothing but issues with it. Even though we have had to have a tech come out every few months, they still want to charge $80+ for a tech to come out to see what's wrong with the unit. After all of the issues, I believe we have a lemon product/install, and they refuse to work with us on tech charges. I would never do business with this company again.

I had a couple of HVAC companies come to service my heat and air unit and let me tell you, they were trash! Started with one problem and ended up with three! Each one said the problem was something different than the what the previous technician said. I finally got fed up and called Spring Valley Heat and Air. Let me tell you, THIS IS A COMPANY YOU CAN RELY ON! They stood by their word and made sure they fixed EVERYTHING, including what the technicians from other companies screwed up! Richard and his crew handled my situation professionally and with integrity! He wouldn’t even accept my money until they were SURE that everything was taken care of! I appreciate their services and I highly recommend them!
