Spring Valley Air Conditioning

Purchased a brand new 3 story home and the ducts are crossed. Turn on the first floor and the third floor comes on with the first, sometimes second and first. Spring Valley came and “acted” like they was fixing the issue when really it was a bandaid. A damper has to be replaced every 2 years because of the crossed ducts. Now Spring Valley wants me to pay every time they come put a bandaid on my problem. So install it wrong then charge to fix. Sound like crooks to me!

I had a couple of HVAC companies come to service my heat and air unit and let me tell you, they were trash! Started with one problem and ended up with three! Each one said the problem was something different than the what the previous technician said. I finally got fed up and called Spring Valley Heat and Air. Let me tell you, THIS IS A COMPANY YOU CAN RELY ON! They stood by their word and made sure they fixed EVERYTHING, including what the technicians from other companies screwed up! Richard and his crew handled my situation professionally and with integrity! He wouldn’t even accept my money until they were SURE that everything was taken care of! I appreciate their services and I highly recommend them!
