There isn’t enough words to express how pleasantly pleased and impressed I was by Curtis and the staff at Superior Heating and Air. My heat stopped working on Christmas Eve which prompted my call. Curtis showed up that morning and was able to resolve the issue and identify the root cause, which needed further extensive repair. Scheduling the follow up repairs with the Superior team was not an issue at all as I was able to get an appointment the next week, no problem. I would also like to add that the customer service that I received lived up to their name…it was SUPERIOR! Our heater stop working a week before Christmas, which is one of the coldest week of the year and after doing some research we schedule a consultation with Curtis Davis. Let me tell you from the moment he came in we knew we was dealing with someone that was professional and honest. Which is hard to find these days. He came in and give us an honest assessment of our system, and suggested to have it replaced. While he was here we was having problems lighting the fireplace, and he even did that for us which was a great gesture because it was very cold in the house. That same day we receive an estimate and immediately decided to go ahead and get it replaced, within a week which was the Friday before Christmas they came out and install our system, they was here early and work late until they completed the installation. Our heater was up and running that night which was great. They pretty much save Christmas for our family because we was contemplating going to a hotel because it was so cold
