Gary's high rating is because I needed someone with experience, was forthright, and because pricing of competitors (with significantly more overhead) was WAY too high for the installation needed. Gary was the best!! He was able to install the part on my water heater in a professional manner helping me to understand the purpose and rationale behind the device and getting the job done quickly. You really couldn't get any better, and I've tried a few services in the Fort Mill area.

My elderly dad had had numerous plumbing problems. and when I say numerous I mean every water fixture was broken and leaking including the hot water heater. Not only did Gary spend multiple days getting every thing sorted but he also has excellent "bedside" manners listening to my dad most likely repeat the same things over and over. I appreciated Gary listening to my dad who living by himself, can get lonely at times. Gary was friendly and responsive to my wastewater tank problem (high level alarm - yikes!). He took my call late on a Thursday and came out the next day (Friday). He let me know an approximate time of day, and then provided a courtesy call 15 minutes before arriving. He quickly diagnosed that I needed a new pump and installed it the same day! I am good to go!
