Gary's Plumbing Service

Gary was fantastic! I called around noon on a Friday for a non-emergency leak, and he was at my house by noon on Saturday. Turns out that my leak wasn't a plumbing issue, it was being caused by something I attached to the faucet. I was embarrassed but Gary was courteous and very generous in his trip charge. Gary was friendly and responsive to my wastewater tank problem (high level alarm - yikes!). He took my call late on a Thursday and came out the next day (Friday). He let me know an approximate time of day, and then provided a courtesy call 15 minutes before arriving. He quickly diagnosed that I needed a new pump and installed it the same day! I am good to go! Here’s my experience with Gary. 1. On a Friday of a holiday weekend, he answered the phone. 2. I told him what was wrong, and he told me something to try, to troubleshoot and see if all that was wrong was a loose connection. 3. When that didn’t solve the issue (leaking kitchen faucet), he gave me options - repair the existing faucet or replace it. Repairing would be more labor, so I decided to replace. 4. He advised me on which brands to look for and which ones to avoid. I went and purchased the faucet. 5. He was able to come Saturday morning and replace the faucet. Bottom line is that he was honest, helpful and did what he said he would. Happy customer! Service: Faucet installation
