Gary's Plumbing Service

We are very pleased with the professional plumbing job Gary recently did for us! We needed a new garbage disposal installed, a new bathtub spout, and new pipes replaced under a bathroom sink because the old ones had started to leak. I have used various plumbers over the years and always try to stay local with my choices. I found Gary's Plumbing online and saw that he had very good reviews so I took a chance and set up an appointment for the work to be completed. Gary was very friendly, knowledgable and most importantly, efficient. He ran into a couple of obstacles, but was quickly able to work around them to fix the issues. We appreciated his professional knowledge to be able to successfully finish the job without having to run out to a store and get new parts, because he came prepared with what was needed on his truck. Gary was friendly and responsive to my wastewater tank problem (high level alarm - yikes!). He took my call late on a Thursday and came out the next day (Friday). He let me know an approximate time of day, and then provided a courtesy call 15 minutes before arriving. He quickly diagnosed that I needed a new pump and installed it the same day! I am good to go! Here’s my experience with Gary. 1. On a Friday of a holiday weekend, he answered the phone. 2. I told him what was wrong, and he told me something to try, to troubleshoot and see if all that was wrong was a loose connection. 3. When that didn’t solve the issue (leaking kitchen faucet), he gave me options - repair the existing faucet or replace it. Repairing would be more labor, so I decided to replace. 4. He advised me on which brands to look for and which ones to avoid. I went and purchased the faucet. 5. He was able to come Saturday morning and replace the faucet.
