My A/C system stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. R&B was at my house within a few hours and was able to make repairs immediately. Excellent customer service! Excellent technician (Mitchell)! Great overall first experience with R&B! I'll be using R&B for my future heating and air services.
John was amazing and truly knowledgeable. I hate outside shoes in my home and before he walked in he put on shoe covers without asking. Before leaving double checked his work and even offered for me to confirm. Asked if I had any other questions or concerns. All around a great professional guy. ????
We have been using R&B for 3 years now for my lawn service and landscape maintenance. They are reliable, communicate clearly and do a great job! If there is a problem, which has happened, but not regularly, they are attentive and responsive to resolve the situation quickly and appropriately! The owner Don is active in the field and will do what he can to make sure his customers are satisfied! Excellent customer service, they care about the people they serve and the service they provide!
