John was amazing and truly knowledgeable. I hate outside shoes in my home and before he walked in he put on shoe covers without asking. Before leaving double checked his work and even offered for me to confirm. Asked if I had any other questions or concerns. All around a great professional guy. ????
Matthew diagnosed the problem and repaired it efficiently. He also gave us information about new AC systems. We passed on getting a new one at this point, because the repair was sufficient for our needs. It is good to have the information. Matthew was very courteous.
