I have worked closely with Rike Roofing for several years. I am a Commercial Property Management and it is imperative that I have a vendor who is responsive, professional, and gets the job done. I would highly recommend them Rike Roofer.
I never leave negative reviews, but felt it was needed in this case. I’ve spoken with multiple people from this company over the span of 2 and a half weeks, and on 4 separate occasions was told I’d get a call back or someone would come check out a leak. Now after the fourth time I was ghosted (someone was supposed to come today and never arrived), I decided to leave this review. If you want a company with decent service that respects customers, look elsewhere.
