Simpson Electric Company

Simpson Electric provided excellent service on a number of jobs in my new home. The electricians were on time, professional & neat. I will definitely use them again for any of my electrical needs & recommend them highly.

This company hired me and fired me on the first hour of my third day. Reason: I'm not a good fit for their team. They didn't when give me a chance to show them what I know or how good I am at my job. They laid me off before I even knew all of their names. A company that'll treat an employee like that, I want no part of. If you hire them you're supporting that kind of behavior. Good luck.

I called Simpson Electric on Friday, spoke to Roland! explained what I needed and was told $125.00 was the base rate for a visit and that the work I wanted would probably be another $95.00. I agreed and was pleasantly surprised to be told that he had 9:00 available on the following Monday. I called Monday at 9:10 to make sure I was still on the appointment schedule, knowing that traffic can be difficult and arrival can be delayed. I wasn't concerned, just wanted to make sure I was on the schedule. No one answered the phone so I left a message. At 10:15, Roland called and said he had been called to an emergency but could be at my house in another 30 minutes...an hour and 45 minutes after our agreed time! I understand emergencies happen and I am open to reschedule if need be, but waiting an hour and 15 minutes to tell me he'd be delayed tells me he, and Simpson Electric, don't respect their customers. Happily there are other good electrical companies in the Charlotte area...but Si
