Plumb Pro

So, my company has a very old school style septic setup. It's a leach field etc. and is VERY finicky!!! Plumb Pro is the only company that has come out and helped us get this system serviced over the past several years! All the others I've ever called just say "we don't do those systems". They wouldn't even send someone out to look! Well, Stephen and Jordan from Plumb Pro came out and took care of the servicing and were just all around great people! They answered any and all of my questions as well! I HIGHLY recommend Plumb Pro for any plumbing issues! They are very reliable and respond quickly to your needs! The pricing was very reasonable as well for the service they were doing! Plumbing, to me, is a very "icky" job and I know I wouldn't want to do some of the things these guys do! They were very friendly and the job they do they seem to love because it didn't bother them at all to drop down into these tanks etc. I'll ALWAYS use Plumb Pro for any of my needs, for sure!

Justin from Plumb Pro did my annual pipes/drain assessment. He was polite,very knowledgeable, and addressed all my questions and concerns. He corrected a few small issues I had, and explained what he was doing and why. Justin is an asset to his company. Would recommend him to family/friends

Last night the Flushmate Unit in my master bath failed. I called PlumbPro and explained the problem. Within a few hours a technician, Stephen Singletary, phoned and said he was on the way. Within minutes Stephen and another technician arrived and diagnosed it needed a new cartridge replacement which had to be ordered. He ordered the part, left and picked up the part, returned and immediately replaced the part. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Not only were these two courteous and kind but did a very professional job. I could not ask for a better experience. I have used Plumb Pro for several years and always know I can rely on them.
