A Good Plumber

We have been trying to locate a leak in one of our homes for months. Two other plumbing companies came out and could not find it. I called Branden Lax yesterday. He came out and located the leak right away. I would highly recommend Branden.

We recently went on vacation and when we came back we found our hot water heater had caught fire while we were gone. The entire side was burned to a crisp. Our HOA called up this company and they came out immediately to survey the damage. The next day, they installed our new hot water heater. Even on New Years Eve, they put their customers first. The installers that came to replace it were Terry and Tyson. They were very professional and did what they had to do. They worked fast and installed it. During a crazy, well below freezing Christmas week, my pipe burst and flooded a bedroom. Ronnie and his crew were overwhelmed with similar phone calls, but he still managed to respond to my voicemail in a timely manner, plus get the repair done quickly. I was impressed with the customer service and the professionalism of the responding plumber. The price was very fair (as I have been overcharged by another local plumber for similar repair). We will continue to use this business.
