I contacted AHA after reading the great reviews online from customers. They have lived up to the reviews. Firstly, my conversations with Anne Marie have been helpful and she's very good at relaying messages and getting back to us. Matt was amazing. He explained in great detail, the work we needed done and why. He answered all our questions, and gave us useful feedback on how it should operate. We enjoyed our conversations. Luis is one of the techs. He knows his stuff. He responded to a problem we had been having for a while, and was able to track the problem back to the source. Miles is good as well. He is knowledgeable as well. He is patient and very good at explaining what we need and how to get it corrected. There is another tech who installed heating strips that went bad. He worked very quickly, and was done in minutes. I'm happy to have a heat/air company we can trust and depend on. Bought our units from this company around 7 years ago and they continue to service us. Aways responsive and take care of us. Technicians are great and very informative about anything pertaining to our system. Miles has serviced us recently and he is outstanding. Great company!

These folks are great! They came highly recommended from a friend of mine who recently had work done. My AC quit as soon as the weather started getting hot (of course!). They came out the next day when they said they would (excellent communication from the technician), and completed the repair the same day. I was not expecting that. It is an older unit and will likely need replacing before many more summers. I really appreciated being given the option to repair and get a little more life out of the system.
