We called early in the morning of 9/5/2023 and they had someone out that afternoon. It’s the evening of 9/6/2023 and we are enjoying our new Trane air and heating unit that was installed today by Long’s! Our old unit was 32 years old and survived many repairs over the years. Everyone we dealt with at Long’s were professional and friendly. We highly recommend Long’s Heating and Air repair service.

Pleasant experience. Joshua came out with an abundance of experience. Within 20-30 minutes he found the issue, communicated it to me in a way I understood it, temporarily found a solution, and scheduled the follow up for the part replacement all in one breath. Not only was I impressed by his knowledge and professionalism, he also knew the inter-workings of the warranty coverage that I qualified for. Here recently in a post Covid society, customer service has been a true testament to the degradation of a selfless society. Businesses argue with you about your experience as a customer and wrong you for wanting better “customer service” on a purchase or an experience that you’ve paid to get.
