We have a warranty for our AC under the builder and Long Heating and Air Conditioning services us. It was my first call and I was impressed how helpful everyone has been. Rhonda tried to walk me through the steps on the phone, then she scheduled a technician to come out a few hours later. The technician came in when I wasn’t home and quickly fixed the issue. Then I had a follow up call with Anthony who helped me register our unit for warranty and answered all my questions. I was rushing home to close all the windows since the AC started working and the technician already had it done! I’m so amazed by their service! Thank you

Great experience with our rep. Very professional, and Knowledgeable. Took the extra time to explain zone heating and reviewed concerns we had about a prior repair that he didn’t handle.
