Heather came to the door with a smile on her face, introduced herself, asked if she parked ok, and if it was alright to enter our home. She was polite, hard working, and very friendly. Even our cat absolutely loved her! We had a great experience at an uncomfortable time (82 in the house!) She was able to fix the issue while she was here and we were able to sleep the same night in a cool home! I wasn’t sure how to react when a lady showed up to fix our AC… but I sure am glad they sent Heather! Services: A/C system repair, Repair HVAC

We have used Carolina Heating for the past ten years. Previously, they were a five star company and were always timely with the spring and fall maintenance of our two units. Over the past two years or so, we feel like this is no longer the case as we have to call in and schedule our own servicing versus the proactive reminder calls that we used to receive. I have had at least one instance where the company did not want to schedule me when requested since it had not been a full six months since my last servicing. However, I told the scheduler that it made more sense to maintenance the unit before the season during which it would be used. We also feel like the technicians are constantly trying to sell us on new units and pressuring us to replace our current units versus just focusing on making the necessary repairs and helping us maintain the units that we have. We are aware of the age of our units, so we find the constant reminders and attempts to sell us new units off putting. W

I definitely would recommend this company and yes I will be using them in the future for service. My technician Audrey was very professional and he went above and beyond. He was heaven sent! He got my ac unit back to working again and I’m so happy! I would give this company 20⭐️’s if I could!!!
