Called late last night with an issue. They were able to get out this morning and got my AC running really fast. Excellent service
I am very impressed with the services and service personnel associated with Champion Comfort Experts. The service reps (Devon and Steve) took the time to understand what my expectations were. They were very knowledgeable and took the time needed to carefully explain what services were available to address my needs. I was always informed when the service rep was on the way. They always showed up on time, worked very quickly and were always very polite and professional. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and I highly recommend this company.
Devin came out to diagnose a problem with my air conditioning unit 3 hours after my initial call to the company. So thankful with the speedy time since it was 94 degrees outside. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. It took him a few minutes to discover the problem and 30 minutes later, we had cool air. The price was on point , actually $10 cheaper than what my neighbor paid for the same part/ service with another company. I would recommend Champion and use them again if needed.
