Long distance landlord. Very impressed with the customer service and appointment setting team. Communication and same day service a plus. John, the tech, did a great job on the call and kept me in the loop. 100% recommend. Service: Sewer cleaning
We have had several unforeseen emergencies with our septic system that required prompt assistance. Both times Roto Rooter was efficient in diagnosing and fixing our issues quickly. Ryan our tech was very helpful and friendly.
I had a kitchen faucet that started to leak around the handle. The tech came out and said something was loose. He tightened it and within 10 minutes the job was done. Minimum service charge is $195. Expensive, but you are paying for an expert to come and properly diagnose and fix the issue. Just over 4 months later the same leak starts again, so the root cause of the leak was either misdiagnosed or it wasn't fixed properly. Whichever the reason, I was expected to pay for another service call because the warranty is only 90 days. Overall, really disappointed with their customer service and the fact they wont stand behind their work. I am in the exact same place I was 4 months ago, but minus $195
