Champion Replacement Windows of Greenville

Tanner with Champion came out to give us an estimate on new window installation on our house. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and was even very patient with our two year old running around! He thoroughly explained not only what Champion offers, but what other competitors offer as well. He answered all our questions and was very transparent with the pricing, quality, and warranty information. He brought several components of the windows to show us exactly how they worked, and brought some cool demonstrations to show us as well! He went over several different ideas to redo our windows and gave us pricing on several different layouts. We are very excited for our installation in a few weeks!

This experience has been a mixed bag. While the installers worked quickly and efficiently at replacing my windows, the process to get to that point could have been smoother. From the price changing on the contract I signed due to errors by the salesperson to trying to schedule the install with a person who leaves their phone turned off for whole days at a time and doesn't check his email that much, it all could have gone better. My experience, James was very nice man that explains everything. I felt very comfortable after meeting him I was patient, as it did take a little time to get the windows in. 6-8 weeks I think However, they contacted me by phone and sent me a letter in the mail reminding me of the installation date. One of the best part was the installation. Four or five guys showed up for three or four days and worked VERY efficiently as I’ve ever seen any crew work, polite too the young men were. They redid all the aluminum work around every window. They looks AMAZING. PS. The wife, loves the garden bay window above the sink. Then another phone call after the installation from corporate to make sure I was happy with everything. But the absolute best part, is the finished product, HIGH QUALITY WINDOWS. INSTALLED RITE!
