My experience, James was very nice man that explains everything. I felt very comfortable after meeting him I was patient, as it did take a little time to get the windows in. 6-8 weeks I think However, they contacted me by phone and sent me a letter in the mail reminding me of the installation date. One of the best part was the installation. Four or five guys showed up for three or four days and worked VERY efficiently as I’ve ever seen any crew work, polite too the young men were. They redid all the aluminum work around every window. They looks AMAZING. PS. The wife, loves the garden bay window above the sink. Then another phone call after the installation from corporate to make sure I was happy with everything. But the absolute best part, is the finished product, HIGH QUALITY WINDOWS. INSTALLED RITE! James provided us with an estimate for converting of our current patio area into a 3-Season enclosure. James was professional, courteous, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his product(s). James provided us with a total estimate for the product and estimated timeline in which the project will be accomplished. We can hardly wait to see the project completed.

We’ve had 3 appointment times scheduled so far to get estimates, and the first 2 were canceled with notice, the 3rd. one no one ever even showed up at our build. We called them and were told all that they saw was it was canceled however, no one ever let us know. If you can’t even show up or give notice for an estimate appointment, why would we use you for our big project? I’m glad we didn’t drive a long distance for this appointment or we would have been very upset. This is very poor customer service, and we are the easiest people to deal with. Looks like we will be going with someone else, and this would have been a very large project!
