Chad was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and he even came back immediately when I thought the air wasn’t working and he used his tools to show me it was and gave me a breakdown of how long it will take to cool down based on of course how hot it is outside. Of course the heat caused me not to think of that lol. Chad exceeded my expectations!!!
I used this service to come out to my home in Greenville South Carolina. The technician was late but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was being my ac was under warranty I had to cover labor. They told me they could charge me $110 for the part from them or $100 To go down the street to get the part so it basically was smart to go with theirs. From the moment the technician arrived and departed he was at my home for 28 minutes. I saw him from my home security camera install the part in minutes and I was charged $250 For labor, $50 for coming out, $110 for the small part. Total was $417. I texted the number back to tell them no and ask them to help me understand why this is so much and then they had already left. I told them I couldn’t afford and they said they could come back to remove the part and charge me $50 for coming out. I declined and paid because I didn’t want my AC damaged.
