I was referred to Dipple by my tech person who handled TV mounting and electronics within the home. I needed outlets installed on areas considered as “outdoor brick walls” as well as drywall inside in order to hide TV cords. Dipple was fast to respond, professional and reliable. We have been using Dipple since 2016. We had no connections and we saw one of their trucks in our neighborhood and gave them a call. We have been service members ever since and all their techs, if it be plumbing, electrical, heating or cooling have always been great. I recommend them every time and even had my parents recently switch ( do I get a discount Dipple :D ? ). Update July 2023: Had our blower go out in June and they installed a new one. Install was done incorrectly and it leaked water into our home. Dipple had a remediation company out and did a full reinstall of everything (tore up some ceiling drywall in the process though). Their service techs are great, but unfortunately don't have much faith in their install team. It went out again July 22nd and Craig did a great job of diagnosing the issue and again, it was a bad install job of some wires. We are still waiting about three-four weeks for the crew to come back and fix our scratched floors from the first install and the ho

Craig did a great job of resolving the the issue with our HVAC system. He found and replaced the parts that were bad. We appreciate his professionalism and willingness to answer questions. He also put on shoe covers every time he came into the house to protect our floors. That really stood out to me.
