Punctual explained the whole process thoroughly, very friendly, knowledgeable, second time using Dipple in our second home. Went above and beyond to help us. We are very appreciative. We will continue to use their serves as needed & highly recommend.

Squirrels chewed my neutral wire so I had extensive electrical work done to bring everything up to code and upgrade my electrical system. Justin & Chad were very professional and took great care doing my work. The work was done quickly and completely. Duke Energy could take a lesson from how Dipple operates their business. The only issues I had with this job was with Duke Power. I will definitely use Dipple again for future work!

We have been using Dipple since 2016. We had no connections and we saw one of their trucks in our neighborhood and gave them a call. We have been service members ever since and all their techs, if it be plumbing, electrical, heating or cooling have always been great. I recommend them every time and even had my parents recently switch ( do I get a discount Dipple :D ? ). Update July 2023: Had our blower go out in June and they installed a new one. Install was done incorrectly and it leaked water into our home. Dipple had a remediation company out and did a full reinstall of everything (tore up some ceiling drywall in the process though). Their service techs are great, but unfortunately don't have much faith in their install team. It went out again July 22nd and Craig did a great job of diagnosing the issue and again, it was a bad install job of some wires. We are still waiting about three-four weeks for the crew to come back and fix our scratched floors from the first install and the ho
