Recently, I had my gutters cleaned by Spruce Services. This was the first time using the company. When I contacted the company, I had to leave a message, but received a call back the same day. All my questions were answered and helped me to decide to use their service. A message was sent to remind me of the scheduled service date. On the day scheduled for the gutter cleaning, I received a message letting me know that a team member was on his way. I appreciated that the message included a picture of the person who would be doing the work. The team member arrived at the scheduled time and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. The team member was courteous, pleasant, and answered my questions about other work I am considering to have done on my home. The price was higher than what I have paid for gutter cleaning in the past, but the quality of the service was very good. I contacted Spruce to have our house and driveway power washed. They were very responsive and got me an estimate quickly. They booked the service within a week of approving the estimate and were very kind and professional. Our house and driveway look great.
