Aaron was at our home exactly at appointed time after texting to let us know he was on his way. He was very courteous and worked quickly and efficiently to replace a coil on our unit. Always knocked before entering our home and respectful of not tracking in any dirt. We are always pleased with the workers that the General Air sends out for maintenance and repairs. Our A/C went out in the middle of June - General Air made sure to have someone come out to take a look the same day. The tech texted and called before showing up then proceeded to check out my system and fix it within a few minutes. Best thing was he had the part on the truck and had me back in cold air very fast. Manny was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with.
