Eric and the other fella(I can’t remember his name) were very efficient and made repairs as needed. While I was not so happy, they kept a good cool head about them and did an excellent job. Even though the Lennex products that your company sold me are complete junk, your service guys have always responded quickly and did a good job. Service: HVAC system repair

Signed up for service membership plan which covers 2 visits per year. First service was August 1st. My technician, Victor, was on time, polite, and courteous. He explained what was needed and waited on approval before actually proceeding with recharging. I asked would he check for leaks before recharging and he tested outside and inside for leaks. Maintenance report was checked yes for replacing filters, but this wasn't done by Victor because correct filter size wasn't available on van. Filters had already been changed by myself a week prior. I'm assuming my next service will be 6 months from initial date. Wasn't sure if General schedules next appointment automatically, like a doctor or dentist, or if home owner calls to schedule next service. If home owner doesn't call or forgets, will General initiate contact for 2nd service? 4 star rating only because of no available filter which is a minor detail.

Aaron was at our home exactly at appointed time after texting to let us know he was on his way. He was very courteous and worked quickly and efficiently to replace a coil on our unit. Always knocked before entering our home and respectful of not tracking in any dirt. We are always pleased with the workers that the General Air sends out for maintenance and repairs. Thank you, Aaron!
