In January I contacted Doug Keel to evaluate my roof because I was told by a contractor replacing my siding I had storm related roof damage. Doug evaluated the roof and assured me there was no damage. He was honest and did not try to sell me a new roof. Difficult to find an honest individual in this industry. After a series of severe storms I once again contacted him assess the damage. I decided to file an insurance claim. He was extremely helpful during the entire process. The work deemed necessary was done quickly and adeptly. When I decided to sell my house I needed to replace my deck and screened in porch.On August 29th I contacted Doug and asked if it could be completed by September 16th. His team started on September 6th and the work was done on September 10th. During the pre listing phase I asked Doug to make many repairs deemed necessary by the pre listing inspection. Doug Keel responded quickly, came to the house on time and gave a thoughtful examination of our roof and attic. He honestly admitted that the roof was not a problem but perhaps the gutters could be pitched better, as they had standing water. It was refreshing to hear that the roof still had life in it and there were no leaks detected at the plumbing boots. I will definitely call this company again!

Frank of Lanier Roofing deserves 10 stars. He is personable, professional and patient. He offered options after several repairs to leaks continued to pop up due to inferior installation of previous roofer. Very pleased with new roof. The installers were professional and skilled.
