We experienced a toilet clog. After calling Mr. Rooter, we were scheduled for a service visit the same day. The communication at initial service intake, and continued text/email from their dispatch for ETA of the service technician was extremely helpful and accurate. The technician assigned to our job was Jason Bolding, and he kindly notified me of his upcoming arrival. Upon inspection of the toilet, Jason quickly assessed the situation and suggested a simple solution to avoid more costly repairs. Jason spent less than 5 min, fixed the clogged drain, and advised it would be no charge?!! Not even a service fee call?!!
