Ultimate Gutter Guard seems to have changed its name to Southern Industries now Update:The fixes to correct issues have been to remove top gutter screws to help with the constant noise, although who knows what ramifications there could be of doing this, it did help, two bags of sand offered for the compromised and missing earth at the downspout (I tried it but it didn’t fix the issue), the upside down spout was turned right side up, screws were added to parts that connect but had no screws, an extra tie down was added to long downspouts so two ties per, a better connector piece was added to the downspout to the French drain, two $25 gift cards were received also. Only one was promised at sale. The warranties and guarantees were finally provided since they were not given upon sale or installation. Sand was offered & accepted initially but that absolutely did not work & continued to wash away making the holes bigger at the downspout next to the house. We discussed a load of top soil bein

It was done very well. The problem we ran into was post installation. We were told that here would be a discount if we paid cash instead of the financing they arranged. We wrote a check at the completion of the work and were latter told that we would get a discount on our next project - not money back for paying cash!!! The second problem came when we used our own shower head and they were to leave the one we paid for. They didn't leave it and when asked about it with our sales person, we were told they would bring it by or mail it to us. It has been 4 months and no shower head. This was after repeated phone calls and promises by Chip, our salesperson. Service: Bathtub replacement
