I had a fan come out of a 15 ft ceiling. It was hanging by the electrical wires. Ian scheduled me the same day. Apologized it couldn't be until later in the afternoon bc it required 2 men. He then offered me some other company names if I wanted to try and get someone sooner. I sent him some pictures, and received an immediate quote. The guys were very professional, polite competent and trustworthy. It wasn't a straight forward job, but they stuck with it, and came up with a good and safe solution. Service: Fan repair

Everything about this company was good. From the 1st visit with the gentleman who came to give the quote/estimate to the last employee who worked on the house. They were nothing but professional and even more so concerned about the job and doing it right. They spent an entire day correcting what was supposedly done by another electrician and upgrading to code items that should have been addressed prior and ultimately were very dangerous. Each one of the employees we dealt with were friendly and helpful and answered our questions with patience and clear clarifications of situations. The Owner of this company (Ian) went above and beyond to make sure things were done and done right. I would highly recommend them for any job related to electrical work!
