The professionalism was phenomenal! I work two jobs and have a strict schedule, and they were able to send a technician IMMEDIATELY. In addition, they don't charge to have someone come out and diagnose the issue! Andy was amazing. Two independent techs couldn't find the problem and he did in under 20 minutes. He explained everything in detail, providing pictures of the damaged area. The price to actually fix the unit was much steeper than expected, but I guess you get what you pay for. Scott Hawkins was my wonderful technician today. He is the best customer service tech I have ever met. I can’t say enough great about him. He was very honest and upfront and really knows his business. He could answer every question I ask. And he is such a nice person! I just wished he did plumbing and electrical also. Lol. I would ask for him for every problem I had if he did those!!! Kudos to Scott and to you guys for hiring such a knowledgeable and good person!!!!
