I had a complete HVAC system replaced yesterday. Starting with my initial contact with Will to the eventual install with Nick and his partner, Josh, the service was nothing short of “Excellent”. I was hosting my in-laws for the week, and sure enough my air conditioning went out amidst this crazy 98 degree heat wave. It was miserably hot. I called 4 other companies, and the earliest they could schedule a technician was 1 week away. Luckily, I found preferred home services number. They had a technician at my house before lunch time the same day I called. Luckily it was just a bad capacitor. And luckily, they had the right capacitor in the truck. It took the technician 20 minutes to replace it, and my AC was back to normal. They saved me from one hell of a weekend with a house full of company and no AC. Thanks guys! The professionalism was phenomenal! I work two jobs and have a strict schedule, and they were able to send a technician IMMEDIATELY. In addition, they don't charge to have someone come out and diagnose the issue! Andy was amazing. Two independent techs couldn't find the problem and he did in under 20 minutes. He explained everything in detail, providing pictures of the damaged area. The price to actually fix the unit was much steeper than expected, but I guess you get what you pay for.
