I am so impressed with this company, and I really appreciate them! I noticed my water heater leaking a couple weeks ago and knew that wasn't normal, so I started looking for someone to fix it. I'm normally stressed about home repairs as I work for a nonprofit and have a very tight budget, but every single person I spoke with from Superior Plumbing was so helpful and kind that I wasn't stressed. In my process of requesting quotes, I called four different companies. Jeff, the owner of Superior Plumbing, is the only person who called me the same day (on the weekend, no less) and the only one willing to offer a quote. He had me send photos and a video of the leak, and he immediately offered me a very reasonable quote range.
