Job done on time and according to contract. Sales rep was always available before and after job!! Crew worked overtime to resolve unforeseen problems on one hundred year old house. Office staff was very proficient in getting documents and invoices to insurance. Will hire again if needed !!

During a recent and severe rain storm, I discovered a roof leak (on a Friday afternoon) that was coming into my gas stove top. Alpha Omega showed up that afternoon. Pablo was professional, knowledgeable and efficient in finding two leaks, repairing them, and even sending me photos later that evening for my documentation. The company was wonderful to respond so quickly, and Pablo was incredible in assessing the situation and taking care of it all in one visit. Additionally, after business hours, Maribeth from the office phoned to make sure everything was ok and follow up on the call. She was helpful, kind and very understanding during the whole process and overall, the team efforts of Alpha Omega were impressive and professional. I hope I don't have any other emergency situations but if I do, I'll call them again. Very satisfied with their service
