My AC unit went out on a Sunday and they came without charging an extra fee which was good. Their customer service rep was very helpful. Broderick, the technician called and arrived on time. He was awesome. He was very professional and very patient answering my questions. He was knowledgeable and presented all the options so I can make an informed decision.
