I believe Premiere Roofing accomplished an great job in terms of work quality. Their professionalism, cleanliness, and politeness were highly commendable. I did, however, rate them slightly lower than 5 stars due to some issues in communication. For instance, there was a discrepancy between the initially communicated timeline of 3-4 weeks post-contract signing and the actual start date, which ended up being almost 3 months later, despite the absence of rain during the initial 4 weeks. Nonetheless, it's worth noting that they were responsive to our concerns about this matter and other minor issues. Additionally, the agreed-upon initial price remained unchanged, which is a positive aspect. On the whole, I would confidently recommend them for skylight installations, with a recommendation to engage in a thorough discussion about specific dates, excluding rainy days. I had a roof leak and someone came out & diagnosed the issue as a pipe boot rotted out (without ever getting on the roof to confirm) while waiting for the repair we realized that the issue was diagnosed incorrectly. We called back & they sent out someone new. He said we needed an entire new roof (again without ever getting on the roof to confirm - this time it was raining so I understand). I ended up just calling a different company who actually sent someone on my roof and turns out both people from Premiere were wrong which is not shocking considering no one got on my roof. I suggest calling a different company for repairs.

The Team at Premiere did a wonderful job with my Roof and Siding. They took care of things in a timely manner and were always polite and helpful even during the aggravating insurance claim process.
