First, the work that was done was done well, and quickly. The actual roofer was friendly, polite and professional. Now, on to everything else. It took days to get the actual email quote, while I had a leaking roof in South Carolina summer, which means daily rain. I was told they would tarp the roof to avoid it raining in my bathroom. That didn't happen. I was told they would have a crew at my home at 8am. I called at 845am to be told they were running late, and that they were 'about to call me' to say it would be closer to 10am or 1030am. The 'crew' was 1, albeit amazing, guy. The tarp I bought and placed on my roof myself disappeared with them. The excess materials, sheets of plywood and 3 bundles of shingles, are still sitting in my yard despite the fact that I was assured they would be picked up, two weeks ago. I've called and left messages, but they only respond when they feel like it. Edit: After receiving a negative review the missing tarp was replaced and the leftover materials
