I dealt with JJ Outen. They matched their competitors price and their communication was excellent. My shingles were special order. JJ kept me informed as to there delivery date and scheduled the job accordingly. They took great pride in the job and treated my house as if it was theirs. The install crew did an excellent job on the install and cleanup. They went above what was expected and cleaned up more than they had to. I highly recommend JJ and Tri-county roofing for any job.

We are so happy with our experience with Tri County Roofing.. Matthew Clark is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. He spent a considerable amount of time answering our questions. We had several areas with fascia and soffit damage too, and Matt made sure their master carpenter, Victor, made the necessary repairs. We chose CertainTeed brand roofing system based on our past experience with this product and overall reviews. The installation crew was fabulous as they worked tirelessly to get our new roof in place before the rain hit. Trey promptly came out, gave us an estimate and after getting recommendations from two other people to use them decided we'd have them do the replacement. All their staff, from office administrators, job foremen and roof crew were extremely professional. Jeremy ran the day-to-day operations at our house and explained everything to us, and was a pleasure to work with. The roof crew was...EXTRAORDINARY. The men who scraped and replaced our roof were so hard-working that what we thought would take 3 days (we have a 3,000 square foot, split-level home) only took 1.5 days (AND we had a rain in the middle of the job). They worked a 12+ hour day the first day and the second day just had to wrap up and clean up the place.
