Candice took my call at 5:30PM Friday afternoon when our AC went out and my husband I arrived home to a humid, 86°F house. She immediately put us on the first opening they had, which thankfully was the next day! Saturday, Casey Kelley, our service tech showed up right when he said he would and got our AC system up and running. Their prices are very reasonable and they worked with us to figure out a payment option that worked for our budget. We needed to replace our upstairs unit for our split system heat pump. From start to finish, our experience with AAA was excellent. We easily scheduled an initial appointment and Ron Teal came right on time and patiently took us through all the basics, assessed our system and prepared four options on the spot for our review. After comparing with quotes from another reputable company, we chose AAA, not only on price, but equally on trust for AAA"s service. Installation was scheduled for the next week. Installation crew leader, Willie Dunlap, his son, Willie and brother, Roland (hope I got that right) were on time, tidy & courteous and got our new system up and running in a few hours. Finally, in a few days, Rusty Crider, company manager, came by to check on everything.
