I called around 5:52PM. Steve answered and when I explained what the AC was doing he had a few suggestions as to what it could be. He asked me to send my name and address to his cell phone. I complied with his request. A few minutes later I sent him a message asking if he could come today. The temps were in the hundreds. He replied back with “I’m on my way there now. Should be about 45 minutes”. He was here in 40. Checked it, told me what was needed and how much it would cost. I’m “cool” tonight because Steve got the job done and was gone in about an hour and maybe 15 minutes. Another satisfied customer. Thank you Steve. I will use you again!! Service: A/C services
Called the night my ac stopped working. Was supposed to show up the following morning between 8-10. Never showed. Called three times and went straight to voicemail. Left a voicemail the first time. Still have no ac. Do not recommend.
Had some guys come out short notice on a hot Sunday, they got here fast and had the AC fixed in no time. They were polite and explained everything as they checked over the unit.
