I was so scared to call a Hvac service for my AC but P & W sure saved the day and explained everything to me while he was working. Was on time and didnt take him long at all and I have AC again! When heating system was not working. I called to see if someone could check it out that same day. Steve showed up within a couple hours. Explained the problem in detail. He was able to install a new unit the next day. He also provided space heaters for our use since temperature that night was in the 30's. We will be recommending him to our family and friends. Had some guys come out short notice on a hot Sunday, they got here fast and had the AC fixed in no time. They were polite and explained everything as they checked over the unit.
