My rating is based off cost of service- AC coils cleaned for $400.. which I thought was high priced, JMO. He was a Nice guy, and on time, took about 30 mins to complete. Thx P&W Edit- call was set for within- "the week" not emergency. I only seen you spray coils with acid & rinse. Yes you flipped breaker on. No strips were replaced/fixed. I agreed to $90 service call just didn't think cleaning coils & flipping breaker was $400.. this was JMO & review. I did mention on time & nice guy... Service: A/C services

Called P&W on a Sunday morning at about 9:30. Our heater went out the night before, and by the morning it was 59 degrees inside and dropping! Got a return call in minutes, Steven, the owner was on his way to our house with a 60 minute ETA. He arrived early and had the problem diagnosed AND fixed before his original ETA!! Who does that? He systematically went through the heating system and had the replacement parts with him. Literally had the heater running in under 10 minutes. Professional, friendly, reliable service. What more could you ask for. Totally exceeded my expectations as previous repair companies either didn't have the part or took 1/2 the day to even get on site. P&W will be our first and probably only call in the future. I can't envision them not being able to take care of our home's heating and cooling needs.

When heating system was not working. I called to see if someone could check it out that same day. Steve showed up within a couple hours. Explained the problem in detail. He was able to install a new unit the next day. He also provided space heaters for our use since temperature that night was in the 30's. We will be recommending him to our family and friends.
