Accurate H2O Plumbing L.L.C.

I chose to use AAA Accurate Back flow & Testing Repair, LLC because they had great reviews from previous customers. I was amazed by how prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant all of the staff I interacted with were. Brandon was quick, upfront with the truth, spoke knowledgably, did a great job, and was extremely pleasant. He cleaned up behind himself, and made a bad situation a great one. I have found my new plumbers and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I would have used them but… I called them on Tuesday to set up a service repair for a AO Smith hot water heater that was covered under the manufacturer’s warranty on Tuesday. They didn’t bother to call back at all. I called them back on Veterans Day, and was told they no longer do service repairs for the manufacturer. That’s all well and good; however, they could have returned my phone call so that I can find someone else to help me out. Common courtesy is in short supply with this company.

I recently had an issue in my home and called out a technician, who ended up telling me everything was fine, and there wasnt actually a problem. He then went on to say, because he did not actually do anything i would not get charged. A week later i noticed they charged me $189, and i have not received an invoice or reason why.
