Accurate H20 saved the day for me. They provided same day service, quickly determined that my water heater needed a gas valve controller and promptly installed it. Gabriel & Sly were very friendly and they provided great service. Gabriel even noticed that my water lines to my water heater were crossed by the previous plumber from a big box store and he fixed that. The office staff is extremely courteous as well, and they were able to give me set appointment time and not a half-day window. I recently had an issue in my home and called out a technician, who ended up telling me everything was fine, and there wasnt actually a problem. He then went on to say, because he did not actually do anything i would not get charged. A week later i noticed they charged me $189, and i have not received an invoice or reason why.
