Rusty was a total professional and made it easy to trust that he knew what he was doing. He offered many options to replace my broken water heater and used his years of knowledge to offer advice on each one. I felt comfortable making whichever choice was best for me and my family’s situation. Once we settled on a plan, Rusty and the guys he gathered to help complete the work were all polite, helpful, and answered every question I had. These are reviews for Jason Kerr and Austin Jones. Jason repaired our kitchen ceiling last month (sorry for the late review). The original estimate was it would take three days but Jason was able to complete the drywall replacement in two visits. He was very professional and did an excellent job both on the repair and cleanup. Austin also gets five stars for his work on resolving a kitchen sink drainage issue which became complicated when the line appeared not to be stopped up by a clog. He determined that there was air in the line and found a blockage in the rooftop vent that was causing the water to not drain. I have not used Carolina Conditions for an A/C repair, drywall repair and plumbing issue. Each issue was resolved professionally and expeditiously! I have been using Carolina Conditions for quite a bit. They are such a good company with some really great employees (most notably Jamie Norton) who was my recent tech. He showed up on time, went above and beyond to fix the units we have in our current building and even came back for a follow up visit to check the Freon and ensure they were running properly after being cleaned. Both units are functioning well and our building is much cooler when in use. I can’t recommend Carolina Conditions enough. Service: A/C system maintenance
