This company was hired about 8 years ago to fix a leaky toilet. I just had some major structural issues happen and found out whoever came to fix the leak sawed through a support joist leaving it 1/3 the thickness or should be!! I trusted them and they set me up for major home repairs! DONT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING.
I wasn't pleased with the way my bathroom vanity light installation was handled. I was told the guy would come out and give me an estimate, and he came out and said he'd take a look. I went off to do other things and just assumed he was still taking a look, but he went and did the install, then came downstairs and told me how much I owed him - which was well over double what Lowe's would have charged me. If he had done the right thing and actually given me that estimate first, I would have said no... but instead I got to pay him for a job I didn't want.
Their price is VERY high and I waited over a week for a 10 minute job.
