As a whole they have been very responsive, have had multiple times where they got someone out same day to evaluate. Recently I had Clinton come out to put my tankless water heater on its own circuit as it has been tripping the breaker. He was professional, got the job done in a timely manner, and explained things. Rytec did a wonderful job on installing a larger exterior breaker box and moving several breakers from the old interior panel to the new one. They also ran two new circuits to our porch. Both men were knowledgeable and pleasant, the work was done neatly, and they cleaned the area before leaving. I will use them again if I have any electrical needs. Chuck & DeAngelo did a fantastic job. Have used Rytec for several years and have always been pleased. They replaced an outside fixture and a ceiling fan on a porch.
