Stormy Plumbing

I bought my house back in 2016 at 23 years old. I’ve had random plumbing issues ever since moving in. I’ve had multiple people in and out fixing a couple of the same random problems over and over telling me nothing was really wrong and never really listening to me when I felt like the same thing shouldn’t be a problem year after year. I’m a single female and for the most part have lived alone since buying the house. So recently I was having plumbing issue and decided to call stormy plumbing. They sent out Winston and Kent. Kent called to let me know when they were on their way (get this, they showed up on time!! I swear that never happened with service calls but it did today!) and winston had the most important problem diagnosed within two minutes of being there. The only plumbing company I recommend to others. I contacted the company about a leak in the bathroom that was not an emergency. Within a day or two they had a service tech there who was prepared to replace the leaking valve. Repair was done in a timely and professional manner. Keep up the good work! Problem: low water pressure in shower. Technician arrived, visually looked at the shower flow. Advised the technician that the hot water valve had just been replaced and the water flow was 1/3 of normal flow. He advised that the flow was sufficient. Checked the meter for leaks. I was not pleased when the technician advised nothing he could do. Charged $125.00 never touched anything and left with and attitude problem, Called another plumbing company who fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Normal water flow was restored. Was not pleased with the service I received.
