I have been so impressed with all of the services that Chris and his crew have provided. We have had HVAC, electrical, painting/drywall and carpentry work done by them and everything has been top notch! Chris and all of his staff make sure that the job is done right and meets your approval. Inside Out is on my speed dial and my absolute go to for any home remodeling and repair jobs. Updated review to reply to company response: Your inability to resolve issues with other clients is not my business and is a separate issue from my dealings with you which is why I never discussed that with you. Even your response to my review is unprofessional and you’re very unkind to attack my character. My job may have been “small” to you but I saved for a long time to do those projects and it was really hard to have the price almost double from original estimate amount especially without increase being communicated first. You would just show up all of a sudden, and start doing stuff on my house. And you did not leave me satisfied with the work. As you responded so unkindly and unprofessionally, I will leave more details. My specific complaints are: -additional charges were not communicated about until sent to me in final invoice (and then you were upset when I called to ask clarifying questions before sending payment, which I sent in full within 24 hrs of receiving it)(also you wo

I contacted the location about a project and left a voicemail because they were unavailable. Afterwards Chris contacted me about the project and made an appointment. After the call I texted them the address as requested and stayed home the day of the appointment. I never got a callback or a text letting me know that Chis was not going to come over or to reschedule. I understand that they can take contracts at their discretion but I wish the communication was better. I worry that even if they would have come over I wouldn’t be able to rely on the contractor to come and complete the project.
