Signed up for a service plan upon moving to area last year. Jeremy came out in April of 21 when I signed up. Gave me a check up and assured both units were in good shape. In May of this year I called as our main level was staying consistently over 80 degrees. Also realized prior to calling that they never came out for the second service check up as was promised with the service agreement. When I told them I was disappointed no one came out for second check up visit they told me it was my responsibility to call them to have a check up scheduled as they can’t keep track of their customers service check ups. Certainly red flag number one. Jeremy came out and told me my issue was a duct work issue with the floor joists being too close so the builders used small ducts than they should’ve which is causing my airflow issues in main floor.
