Excellent experience with Pleasant Air Conditioning. We had to get both of our 20-year-old HVAC systems replaced and the Pleasant Air quote was the lowest by far. They completed the installation within a few days and the systems have performed flawlessly since. I highly recommend these folks. Update 2023: AC shut down when it was 95 degrees in July. Jeremy sent a guy same day as the call. Looked like swelling and rust in the capacitor. Fixed in less than 15 mins. All I can say is awesome service. Total Pro's!. Thank you again! 2018: Highest recommendation! So glad I called Jeremy and his team when our AC went out on a hot August day. He promptly returned my call and sent someone over to look at the system within a few hours. We live in Mt Pleasant. They laid out the options for repair or replacement. Due to the age of the system we opted for replacement and very happy we did. They were able to install a whole new Trane system the next day and worked late to get the job done. They even had to drive to Columbia and back that morning to get the unit. It’s a beautiful system and much quieter than the old one. They installed our new unit after getting a quote from another company and there was no comparison to the quality we received from pleasant! They were clean, kind and efficient! The owner Jeremy was responsive and externally easy to work with! The gentleman who came to give us the quote was friendly and on time!
