Tim Y inspected my roof with the claims adjuster and got the ball rolling. John B. then came out and went over everything with me. Great guy very knowledgeable explained exactly what they would be doing. I signed the contract and waited for my build date. Contract states I would have a roofing USA rep on site for the entire build, supervisor for the work crew and dumpster or trailer for debris. None of this happened, crew showed up and began tearing off the roof. My gutter was supposed to be detached and reset, my retractable awning was supposed to be detached and reset. New drip edge on whole perimeter of roof. These things did not happen. My low profile porch was to have rolled roofing, did not happen. I constantly called Ellis the production manager for help in getting someone that spoke English to my house. He did nothing but lie to me about my rep and the changes he made to my contract. He said he only goes to job sites if absolutely necessary, which I felt like mine was. So it

Victor, Katie and Jimmy were wonderful arranging, scheduling and inspecting my home for roof damage. Today, Victor and his team of a dozen hard working professionals removed our old roof, replaced damaged sheathing and installed a new roof with proper flashing and underlay.
