After hours Sunday call, AC not working at my elderly moms cottage in a community-spoke with person on first call, scheduled tech -great communication, tech was great had capacitor replaced and AC back to cooling-all this during a thunderstorm-while process done from call to cooling in less than 3 hrs. He even pushed my n’bors dead golf cart into their garage during the storm!! I have had the same great service in 2 other properties. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system repair
Service tech showed up well before requested time. He completed the repair and was able to get the AC back working like it should. The company was very quick to respond to my need. Will definitely keep using them! Service: HVAC system repair
Had Ken as the technician today and he was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and what options were available to me. Would request that for future visits he could continue to do the required maintenance. Have had several other techs and they have all been great.
