Beach air technician performed a service call to investigate a high humidity indication on our electronic thermostat. He thoroughly tested the system and determined that the thermostat was providing incorrect information concerning the humidity levels. He explained his investigation to our satisfaction and recommended replacement of the thermostat.. He was very professional. They came out within a couple of hours of our call and was back out to make the major repair the next day without trying to talk us into a new unit. Our tech Brandon was very professional. He explained everything in detail of what was wrong & what needed to be done, even re explaining it to my wife after we came back from the outside unit.
