Place close out, out off business. they just do warranty for Milwaukee Tools. I reported to Milwaukee Tools... near place is now is Florence South Carolina,Wilmington and Whiteville North Carolina.

I have a makita polisher had it for 1.5 months and the motor would start smoking (over heating) with a small amount of pressure also a backing plate what was now melted on, i drop it off pay $20 deposit and wait on a call the next morning I get a call saying its ready and the guy hangs up i show up ask if they worked on polishers before and im told no but most all machines are built the same inside( went here due to makita.com listing this location as a repair center), I was also told they called makita and makita told them my machine wasnt under warranty and I would have to pay $60 plus to get my machine back. not a problem I pay it 2 days later I go to use the polisher and withing 10min its smoking again, I have to unplug it and call makita I finally get ahold of them and explained what accured and with no no hesitation the area manager explains to me there should be no problem with it over heating or smoking within the first month of ownership (since its not my first polisher I use

Bought a switch. On Thursday they they did not have in stock. Said I could get the switch on Friday if I pay extra. So I paid extra Friday no switch had to go back twice they said guy was not in the office. After talking to the guy he said it would be in on Monday. So I waited Monday no switch. Said it would be here on Tuesday and also said he would give the extra fee back. So Tuesday went to get switch. They had the switch but said he said he could not refund any money and the guy that does that is not in. I would have to come back buy to get a refund so that will be the fifth time going to this business for a switch. To much wasted time. I Would not Recommend Special ordering anything from this company.
