Cool Beahns Heating and Air

Terrible company, they lied about everything, my warranty company approved to replace Hotwater Heater, which Cool Beans Technician said needed to be replaced and would order new Hotwater Heater, said would be in in 3 weeks, called talked to owner said would Dave technician pickup and install in 1 day or 2, never heard back from technician or the owner, called no answer, both owner and technician, left numerous messages on voicemail, still no response, warranty company called same no response or return calls, warranty decided to cancel with them and assign to another contractor, terrible business, never want to do business with them again, waisted over 3weeks, with no service as promised!!!!

I highly recommend Cool Beahns Heating and Air, they are so awesome! Matt Beahn and his father in law Dave are so wonderful to deal with. Honest, nice and courteous. They came to our house at 6:30 on a Friday night, took the time to explain what we needed. Gave us our options and they were here to install on Tuesday morning! They were polite and got the job done with hardly any mess and then cleaned up after themselves. We felt so comfortable with them doing our work. Excellent job guys! Thank you!

I would give 10 stars if I could! From the moment I contacted them it was a top notch experience! This is a small, family owned business, and they will treat you like family! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet very honest and fair! They came VERY quickly and went above and beyond to get my issue resolved. I couldn't be more thankful and pleased.
