Two plumbers, including a large commonly known brand name service, were not prepared to solve my problem. Erick Hunter had it fixed in an hour and charged me less than the brand name did (Service charge that did not fix the issue). Don't go anywhere else! Derek did a fantastic job, replaced my water box for my washer, had us up & running in slightly more than an hour. Very knowledgeable, professional & arrived at the time promised. AND I truly appreciated being worked in for my emergency. Services: Faucet installation, Plumbing leak repair
Derek arrived right when they said he'd be here and texted that he was on his way. What a nice guy... pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable about our issue and very accommodating when I changed my mind and decided to get a new toilet. The toilet did clog again right after he left, but he'll be back today to install the new one. I have every confidence that all will be working when he's done.
