Derek arrived right when they said he'd be here and texted that he was on his way. What a nice guy... pleasant to talk to, knowledgeable about our issue and very accommodating when I changed my mind and decided to get a new toilet. The toilet did clog again right after he left, but he'll be back today to install the new one. I have every confidence that all will be working when he's done. Derek, the plumber was slightly delayed due to an overnight emergency but I was notified in advance and updated by text messages.
