Econo-Rooter Plumbing

Our water heater stopped working, and Econo-rooter was there first thing Monday morning. Working with my home warranty company, they were able to install and get us hot water as soon as they got the approval. They went above and beyond to get us approved, and both the customer service person on the phone, and the gentlemen that did the actual install were wonderful and professional. Driver almost crashed into my vehicle on the road after cutting in front of me without using a blinker then flicking me off. Terrible fit of road rage. Terrible "technician" to be driving on the road threatening people and representing this company. You should be ashamed. *I didn't curse NOT ONCE on the phone with your dispatch. You're welcome to take the side of your technician but he does not obey the rules of the road and put my life, his life, and other lives in danger driving the way he did. I'd keep a closer eye on the people you choose to trust with the reputation and dignity of your company.
