Had a last minute need for upholstery cleaning after a renter moved out and we had another moving in. Kia in the main office was so wonderful in getting us squeezed in. The guys that came out lugged their 300-lb machine up two flights of steps to get the job done for us and did an amazing job! Highly recommend! I had some damage at my condo due to water leaking from a neighboring condo. Austin Bischoff from Healthy Homes was extremely helpful in managing the situation. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right and to my satisfaction. He was very professional, honest and transparent, respectful and responsive to my many questions, and understood clearly how the home owner feels in such crisis.
