I called them to clean my dryer duct. The technician pushed all the lint from the inside duct, to the outside vent. He then told me he didn’t want to remove the outside vent in fear or breaking it. He vacuumed it from the inside and assured me that it was cleaned out. I asked was it a lot of lint removed and he responded, “let’s see”. He showed me inside the vacuum and it was as clean as a whistle. I was charged $184.00 for this service and nothing was done. I was then offered a complimentary, free of charge, HVAC maintenance service for a year; which is twice a year. I accepted feeling like it would make up for being charged $184.00 for no reason. The technician arrives to do the service, and tells me that I need my capacitor replaced, which would cost $185.00. The capacitor that he offered didn’t meet the standard 35/5, so he discounted it to $150.00. The price of a capacitor is $8.00 so as an inquiring customer I called to ask what exactly am I paying $185.00 for (genuine question)

In our current home, we have used Healthy Home exclusively to clean our carpets for 15 years, and in a prior residence, for at least 4 years (as best as I can remember). They do an excellent job and really will take the time needed to properly clean your carpets. I appreciate the friendly and personable nature of their technicians whom take pride in the quality of their work. Also, I really value the pleasant smelling and green cleaning solution they use to clean the carpets when considering my asthma and allergies. I have never had a problem with it even when remaining in the home while the carpets were being cleaned. I will use no other company to clean my carpets. Service: General carpet cleaning

Absolutely stellar service! We had Cory come out and deep clean a sofa and love seat. He was courteous, punctual and a pleasure to do business with. I am highly impressed at the quality of cleaning done today. Definitely will use this company in the future!
