When we first discovered a leak in our newborn daughter's room we called and a couple of hours later Monarch was up on our roof patching up the area so we could have an immediate fix. Monarch Roofing put in our new roof a few years ago and when we had a recent concern about a few of the shingles I stopped into their office to be greeted by Angel Cameron who who patient and professional to listen to my questions and quickly set up an appointment to have the issue resolved the very next day. Bryan Floyd came to our home and quickly evaluated the problem, explained in detail what he would do and began to work efficiently to fix the shingle in question. He was knowledgeable and he he made me feel confident in the work he was doing on our roof.
