I have a home warranty so I am always nervous to be at their mercy to pick my HVAC service provider. But how lucky I was to have Hyatt heating and air arrive to fix my HVAC system this time! Chad is very professional and knowledgeable and had diagnosed my problem quickly. A new compressor had to be ordered and when it arrived he replaced it the next day. He worked around my work schedule and completed the project without me being present- calling me to keep me informed. I would highly recommend Hyatt- Chad has many yrs of experience and it shows in the quality of his work.

I was referred to Hyatt by a neighbor because my system wasn't cooling. Since it was Memorial Day weekend I was expecting that it wouldn't be repaired until sometime after the Holiday. WOW!!! Is all I can say !! We met Chad through a call to our warranty company. From his initial call to his follow up call we were extremely impressed. He was concerned with the incoming weather and wanted to visit our property to diagnose our problem.
